Private Client Nutrition

High-touch, fully customized support for individuals and families with complex needs, significant travel demands, return-to-play or medical complexity, or multiple household members with competing priorities.

For example: a family with a teenager returning from ACL surgery, two parents in heavy training, a part-time chef, and a calendar that changes every week. I coordinate with your physician, chef, and coaches so nothing falls through the cracks. Balanced Home Pantry is included where it helps.

Balanced Home Pantry

A hands-on reset of your kitchen, and a system you can maintain after I leave.

Most kitchen makeovers look great for six weeks and then drift back. This one is designed so you understand the logic behind every placement, practice running it yourself, and have me back to check the work.

  1. Visit 01

    Reset and design

An in-home walkthrough and pantry rebuild of up to five hours, shaped around your grocery routine, cooking patterns, athletes, selective eaters, and competing dietary needs.

  2. 30 days

    Practice the system

You use the same logic to organize the refrigerator and freezer, supported by a written guide.

  3. Visit 02

    Review and refine

A follow-up of up to 90 minutes to see what held, troubleshoot and adjust what drifted, finish the system, and prepare for seasonal or sport-specific needs.

Meet Kirsten

Elite-level expertise, translated for the person in front of me.

I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. I spent years as the team dietitian for the Indianapolis Colts and on staff with University of Texas Football. I also played Division I softball, so I know what it's like to be the athlete, not just the expert.

That same rigor and individualization applies to every client, whether the goal is peak performance, body composition change, injury recovery, managing a health concern, or simply feeling better day to day.

The same approach that works with pro teams works at home: understand each person, then build the system around them.

I don't do restrictive diets or fear-based food rules. I'll help you understand what your body actually needs and build a home where good fueling is easy.

“My role is to help you understand what you need, create a realistic plan, and build confidence that lasts beyond any single goal.”

What clients and coaches say

“Kirsten's team session was a game-changer. She brought instant credibility, an approachable vibe, and a customized session tailored specifically to our program's needs. Several families have already booked private sessions with her.”
